Description: This is a coffee pumpkin ale. It has a lovely scent of coffee and cinnamon and a rich full body. With an experimental mix like this, it was either going to be a hit or a miss. It was more like an Irish coffee and less like a starbucks pumpkin spice latte. Although I loved Elysian's Great Pumpkin Ale, this brew was a miss. For me it was too experimental, too strange of a mixture, and too complex to really hit the mark.

Description: It has a seductively spicy aroma. Although stouts are not usually my favorite kind of beer, this was was very good. The pumpkin was not as much in the foreground as were the spices, particularly cinnamon and nutmeg. The taste was good but honestly my favorite part of this beer was the smell.
